    `ngtcp2_crypto_update_key_cb` is a wrapper function around
    `ngtcp2_crypto_update_key`.  It can be directly passed to
    :member:`ngtcp2_callbacks.update_key` field.
    
    This function returns 0 if it succeeds, or
    :macro:`NGTCP2_ERR_CALLBACK_FAILURE`.
