.. function:: void nghttp2_conn_shutdown(nghttp2_conn *conn)

    
    `nghttp2_conn_shutdown` starts graceful shutdown.  It should be
    called after `nghttp2_conn_submit_shutdown_notice` and a couple of
    RTTs.  After calling this function, the local endpoint starts
    rejecting new incoming streams.
