nghttp2_check_header_name

int nghttp2_check_header_name(const uint8_t *name, size_t len)

nghttp2_check_header_name() returns nonzero if HTTP field name name of length len is valid according to RFC 9110 Section 5.

Because this is an HTTP field name in HTTP/2, the upper cased alphabet is treated as error.
