int nghttp2_conn_extend_max_stream_offset(nghttp2_conn *conn, int64_t stream_id, size_t datalen)

nghttp2_conn_extend_max_stream_offset() extends the maximum stream data that a remote endpoint can send by datalen. stream_id specifies the stream ID. This function only extends stream-level flow control window.

This function returns 0 if a stream denoted by stream_id is not found.

This function returns 0 if it succeeds, or one of the following negative error codes:

NGHTTP2_ERR_FLOW_CONTROL: Extending window by datalen makes flow control window exceed INT32_MAX.
