nghttp2_conn_resume_stream

int nghttp2_conn_resume_stream(nghttp2_conn *conn, int64_t stream_id)

nghttp2_conn_resume_stream() resumes stream identified by stream_id which was previously unable to provide data. See nghttp2_read_data.

If a stream denoted by stream_id is not found, this function returns 0.

This function returns 0 if it succeeds, or one of the following negative error codes:
