const nghttp2_proto_settings *nghttp2_conn_get_remote_settings(const nghttp2_conn *conn)

nghttp2_conn_get_remote_settings() returns the latest remote settings. Before getting SETTINGS frame from the remote endpoint, it is synthesized from the protocol defaults and the local settings.
