nghttp2_conn_get_expiry

nghttp2_tstamp nghttp2_conn_get_expiry(const nghttp2_conn *conn)

nghttp2_conn_get_expiry() returns the next expiry time. It returns UINT64_MAX if there is no next expiry.

Call nghttp2_conn_handle_expiry() when the expiry time has passed.
