uint64_t ngtcp2_conn_get_max_data_left_write_thresh(const ngtcp2_conn *conn)

ngtcp2_conn_get_max_data_left_write_thresh() returns the number of bytes that this local endpoint can send in this connection without violating connection-level flow control. If the remaining credit is less than or equal to ngtcp2_settings.write_stream_data_thresh, this function returns 0.
